Margarita Hernandez , having worked in the mortgage industry since 2000, has experience in every phase of the mortgage process, making her an invaluable part of the Crosby Team. She is always available as a liaison and problem solver for agents, clients and all participants in the transaction.

Residential Pacific Mortgage

LaSalle Financial Services is a branch of one of the largest mortgage companies in California. Residential Pacific Mortgage (RPM) employs over 270 loan agents (Dianne is a consistent Top Producer, ranking second at LaSalle and among the top 3 at RPM since 2005).

RPM's staff is fully available to Dianne and provides "Diamond Team" support for her clients. LaSalle's Loan Processors are among the most well trained and experienced in the Bay Area.

Private Bank

Dianne is a Mortgage Banker and Broker. Her banking capabilities are generated through a private mortgage bank owned by RPM. Loans will be underwritten, approved and funded without leaving the office. Loans may be closed within 12-15 days! Best of all, we offer competitive rates and a wide array of loan programs, including programs that are unavailable anywhere else. The Mortgage Bank is also a fully approved FHA Bank.
