The foundation of Dianne's skills and expertise are her economics degree from U.C. Berkeley and law degree from Hastings; combined with her experience in sales, marketing and finance, they provide Dianne with an unparalleled background. She is able to answer questions about the financial market. Her assertive style is complimented by compassionate listening relates to her clients' goals, as a compassionate listener.

Dianne balances her professional life with a full personal life. As the mother of three active children, she is involved in many community activities, and is an active volunteer and contributor. Dianne co-founded the Corpus Christi Women's Group, and spent two years as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Broadway Children's School of Oakland, where she created a non-profit corporation and organized the school's first capital campaign.
